1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase order number or email confirmation is required.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products (except in cases of damage or defect).

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately:

  • Contact Window: Within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email us at press@therabreathhub.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs, once the issue is confirmed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

  4. Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our team.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Delays: Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
